Connect your steering column to the steering gear with the Dorman OE Solutions 425-389 intermediate steering shaft. It is a direct-fit Ford F-150 steering shaft for 2004-2008 models and also fits the 2004-2008 Ford Lobo and 2006-2008 Lincoln Mark LT. This Dorman steering shaft sits in the intermediate position, where it carries the driver's steering input from the column down to the steering gear. Dorman builds it to directly replace the original equipment on these applications.
