Keep hydraulic pressure moving to the rear brakes with the Sunsong brake hydraulic hose 2203732, a flexible rear center hose that carries brake fluid from the chassis brake line to the rear brake circuit. It is a direct-fit replacement for many vehicles, among them the 1979-1993 GMC G3500, 1975-1990 Chevrolet G30 and 1975-1995 Chevrolet G10. See the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list and engine details.
Sunsong is a vertically integrated maker of automotive fluid transfer hoses and lines. It develops its products around what installers need and aims to exceed industry quality standards.
- Precision fit: Engineered to exact fit. Brackets, grommets, molded plastic guards, wire clips and protective sleeves are included as required, so the wearable pieces return to original condition. Hoses with banjo end fittings come with new copper washers for proper sealing.
- Safety standards: Meets or exceeds DOT, FMVSS 106 and SAE J1401 standards.
- Zinc-coated steel tubing: The tubing is made from high grade steel and electroplated with a zinc coating. The coating gives superior corrosion and rust resistance against high humidity, road salt, water and grime.
- Pressure tested: Every hose goes through a high-pressure quality assurance test before it leaves the factory.
Signs a rear center brake hose may need replacing include cracking, bulging or swelling along the hose, fluid seeping at the fittings, or a soft, spongy pedal. If the hose is the cause, this part replaces it. Bleed the brakes as directed by the vehicle service information after installation.
