Keep brake fluid pressure moving to the rear right wheel with the Sunsong brake hose 2204325. This flexible Brake Hydraulic Hose links the vehicle's rigid brake line to the wheel brake, flexing with suspension travel while it carries pressurized fluid. It is listed as a direct-fit rear right hose for the 2003-2007 Saturn Vue, 2005-2006 Chevrolet Equinox, and 2006 Pontiac Torrent.
Sunsong is a vertically integrated manufacturer that researches, develops, and builds its own automotive fluid transfer hoses and lines. It designs products around what installers need and engineers them for exact form, fit, and function.
- Precision engineered to exact fit: brackets, grommets, molded plastic guards, wire clips, and protective sleeves are included where the hose requires them, so the wearable parts are renewed to original condition along with it.
- Standards: meets or exceeds DOT, FMVSS 106, and SAE J1401 brake hose standards.
- Tubing: where tubing is used, Sunsong makes it from high-grade steel and electroplates it with zinc to resist corrosion and rust from high humidity, road salt, water, and grime.
- Pressure-tested: every hose passes a high-pressure quality assurance test before it leaves the factory. Hoses with banjo end fittings come with new copper washers for proper sealing.
Signs a brake hose may need replacing include cracks, bulging, fluid seepage at the hose or fittings, and a soft or spongy pedal. If a worn rear right hose is the cause, this Sunsong brake hydraulic hose replaces it. Bleed the brake system after installation as directed by the vehicle's service procedure. See the "Vehicles it fits" section for engine-level details.
