Sunsong 2204623B rear right brake hydraulic hose for the 2009-2025 Chevrolet Express 4500 and other vehicles carries brake fluid to the brake and is engineered to fit exactly.
- Each Sunsong brake hydraulic hose comes with grommets, molded plastic guards, wire clips and protective sleeves as required.
- Meets or exceeds DOT, Federal Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS 106) and SAE J1401 standards.
- Steel tubing is electroplated with zinc to resist corrosion and rust from humidity, road salt, water and grime.
- Tested at high pressure before it leaves the factory.
- The banjo end comes with new copper washers for sealing.
A soft pedal, fluid at the hose, or cracked or bulging rubber can mean a brake hose is wearing out, and a leaking hose needs prompt attention. These signs alone do not prove the hose is the problem, since a worn caliper can feel much the same. If the hose on the other side is the same age, replace it at the same time.
This direct-fit replacement fits the 2009-2025 Chevrolet Express 4500, the 2003-2025 GMC Savana 3500 and the 2009-2025 GMC Savana 4500, along with other vehicles. Open the "Vehicles it fits" section to check your exact model and engine.
