What does this pressure line hose assembly do?
It carries high-pressure power steering fluid from the pump to the steering gear. Replacing a leaking or cracked original line can address a fluid leak or hard steering if that line is the cause.

Yes. The pressure and return hoses are pre-assembled with brackets, which reduces labor time compared to hoses sold as individual pieces.
What are the pressure ratings?
The pressure hose is rated for a max working pressure of 1,500 psi, a burst pressure of 8,700 psi, and a tensile strength of 1,600 lb.
Is the hose tested before shipping?
Yes. Every pressure hose is subjected to a high-pressure quality assurance test at the factory to help ensure trouble-free installation and operation.
