Sunsong is a vertically integrated manufacturer that researches, develops, and builds automotive fluid transfer hoses and lines. It designs its products around what installers need and aims to exceed industry quality standards, not just meet them. Sunsong also supplies OEMs, and it builds this assembly to deliver exact form, fit, and function.
- Pressure ratings: Sunsong states its pressure hoses exceed original equipment performance standards. They are rated for a maximum working pressure of 1,500 psi, a burst pressure of 8,700 psi, and a tensile strength of 1,600 lb.
- Factory tested: Every pressure hose goes through a high-pressure quality assurance test before it leaves the factory.
- Precision engineered: The assembly is built to an exact fit for the listed applications.
Signs this part may need replacing include power steering fluid seeping from the hose or its fittings, a reservoir level that keeps dropping, pump whine, or heavier steering effort. Other components can cause the same symptoms, so diagnose the cause before replacing the line.
