Sunsong is a vertically integrated company that researches, develops, and manufactures automotive fluid transfer hoses and lines. It designs this assembly for exact form, fit, and function.

• Rated for pressure: Sunsong states that its pressure hoses exceed original equipment performance standards. They carry a 1,500 psi maximum working pressure, an 8,700 psi burst pressure rating, and a tensile strength of 1,600 lb.
• Pressure tested: Every pressure hose passes a high-pressure quality assurance test before it leaves the factory.
• Pre-assembled for installation: Sunsong ships its pressure and return hose assemblies pre-assembled with brackets. This is designed to reduce labor time compared with replacement hoses sold individually.
• Precision engineered: The assembly is built to an exact fit. It includes the additional components Sunsong lists as necessary to replace the wearable parts.

The pressure hose carries fluid at high pressure. It may need replacing if you notice fluid seeping from the hose or its fittings, a steadily dropping reservoir level, a whining pump, or heavier steering effort. Other components can cause these same signs, so diagnose the system before replacing the hose.
