SuperSprings Air Suspension Helper Spring P/N:SSF-106-40
SuperSprings SSF-106-47 front helper spring for the 1999-2019 Ford E-350 Super Duty and other vehicles adds load-carrying support in place of the factory bump stop. It is one of the SuperSprings helper springs in the SumoSprings line.
Sag under load, extra sway or crushed factory bump stops may mean the bump stops are worn. Worn shocks, tired leaf springs or loose bushings can also be behind a sagging or swaying vehicle, so find the cause before you buy. One spring goes on each side of the front axle.
This spring is listed for a wide range of Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Dodge and Freightliner models, including the 2003-2019 Ford E-450 Super Duty and the 2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Open the "Vehicles it fits" section to check your exact model and engine.
