A rear end that sags under load, sways or bottoms out over bumps can mean the suspension needs more support. These signs alone do not prove a helper spring is the fix, since worn shocks are another common cause. Never load the vehicle beyond its GVWR.

Fits

These helper springs are made for the rear of the 2009-2018 Ford F-150 4 X 4, one spring per side. They are not for Raptor models.
