- Maximum toughness: Patented sintered bearings are designed for longer-lasting performance.
- Larger sphere design: An application-specific ball stud system uses a larger sphere. A thicker, stronger flange helps prevent deformation during installation.
- Hardware provided: A part-specific slotted castle nut and an easy-snap cotter pin secure the joint to the vehicle. Pre-applied nylok thread adhesive helps keep fasteners secure and vibration resistant.
- Simple to service: A 90-degree SAE grease fitting is included. Knurling gives a snugger fit between connecting points to help avoid distortion and corrosion.
A worn ball joint may show up as clunking over bumps, loose or wandering steering, or uneven tire wear. If a worn front upper joint is the cause, TXMS86568 replaces it. Inspect the related steering and suspension components at the same time.
