Description

Keep the steering and suspension tight on your heavy-duty Ford with the Mevotech TTX Suspension Ball Joint (TXK80027), a front lower ball joint that pivots the control arm against the steering knuckle so the wheel can steer and travel while the suspension keeps its geometry. It's a direct-fit replacement for the 2000-2005 Ford Excursion, 1999-2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty and 1999-2023 Ford F-350 Super Duty — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment.

Maximum toughness: patented sintered bearings for longer-lasting performance on high-usage commercial and passenger vehicles, SUVs, fleets and working trucks.
Superior seal: the Integri-Boot design is built into the assembly to lock out moisture and contaminants.
Simple to service: includes a 180-degree SAE grease fitting so re-greasing is quick.
Easier installation: presses into the flange with a custom-designed adapter ring, and mounts with the part-specific slotted castle nut and snap cotter pin provided.

A larger-sphere, application-specific ball stud system, a thicker, stronger flange to resist deformation during installation, pre-applied nylok thread adhesive and knurling for a snug fit round out this TTX joint.
