Dorman - OE Solutions Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly P/N:521-695
Replace a worn front right lower arm in one step with the Dorman control arm 521-178, a control arm with ball joint that arrives with its ball joint and bushings pre-installed. It fits many vehicles, among them the 1998-2004 Nissan Frontier, 2009-2015 Nissan NP300 and 2010 Nissan Pickup. See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list and engine details.
The arm links the front right steering knuckle to the chassis. Its ball joint provides the pivot that lets the wheel follow suspension travel and steering input. Dorman designed it as a direct replacement for the original equipment on the listed applications.
Clunking, wandering steering or uneven tire wear can come from a worn ball joint or bushings in the original arm. If that is the cause, replacing the arm replaces those components. Have the suspension inspected to confirm the cause, and have the alignment checked after installation.
