Settle body movement and bring back the composed, controlled ride your Honda Accord was engineered to have with the KYB Suspension Strut 341074, a rear Excel-G unit that installs as a direct-fit replacement on the 1986-1989 Honda Accord. KYB builds the Excel-G on the same OE assembly lines it supplies to new-vehicle manufacturers, calibrated to restore original designed performance rather than change it — earning it the OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification.

Nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design: includes the same quality components found in KYB's global OEM products.
Triple-lip fluid seal: reduces the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand-assembled in-house to help manage tire contact, steering response and body movement.
Thick strut bodies and brackets: minimize flex to help maintain correct alignment in all conditions.
