Description

Restore the front ride control on your F-body with the KYB Excel-G Front Suspension Strut 341356, a direct-fit front replacement for the 1993-2002 Chevrolet Camaro and 1993-2002 Pontiac Firebird. The Excel-G is a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube design built to help restore the vehicle's originally designed control and handling rather than change it — a calibration KYB classifies as OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket).

Nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design: made on KYB OE assembly lines using the same OE-quality components, and preferred by professional technicians.
Triple-lip fluid seal: designed to reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand-assembled in-house to manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement.
Strong, thick strut body and brackets: engineered to minimize flex and help maintain correct alignment in varied conditions.

Electronic safety systems rely on the suspension, brakes, and tires working as the manufacturer intended, and the Excel-G helps keep those systems performing as designed.
