Description

Settle body movement and steering response at the rear axle with the KYB Excel-G Suspension Strut 341293, a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube rear strut designed to restore your vehicle's original, engineered ride control. It's a direct-fit rear replacement for the 2001-2005 Chrysler Sebring, 2001-2005 Dodge Stratus, and 1999-2003 Mitsubishi Galant — see the Buyer's Guide tab for full engine-level fitment.

OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket): the Excel-G is built on KYB's OE assembly lines using OE-quality components, calibrated to restore original designed performance rather than change it.
Triple-lip fluid seal: helps reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand assembled in-house to help manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement.
Strong, thick strut bodies and brackets: designed to minimize flex and help maintain correct alignment.

KYB recommends this as an OEM replacement strut. To reduce the chance of noise and vibration, KYB recommends installing new strut mounts (part number SM5091), and you can protect your new struts from dirt, debris, and salt with a KYB Strut Boot (part number SB101).
