It's a direct-fit replacement for the 2003-2007 Nissan Murano (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment). KYB is a world-leading supplier of shocks and struts to new-vehicle manufacturers, and the Excel-G is built on the same OE assembly lines using OE-quality components, calibrated to restore original designed performance rather than change it.

Gas-charged twin-tube design: a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube Excel-G build using the same quality components found in KYB's global OEM products.
Triple-lip fluid seal: reduces the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Thick strut bodies and brackets: among the strongest in the industry, minimizing flex to help maintain correct alignment.
