Part of KYB's Excel-G line, it is built on the same assembly lines and with the same OE-quality components KYB supplies to new-vehicle manufacturers, earning the OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification — calibrated to help restore the vehicle's original designed control and handling, not to change it.

Twin-tube gas design: nitrogen gas-charged construction that includes the quality components found in KYB's global OEM products.
Triple-lip fluid seal: designed to reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand assembled in-house to manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement.
