This premium-quality 12-volt, 120-amp unit is designed for dependability and reliability throughout the vehicle's service life. - Output: 12 volts DC, rated at 120 amps, with an internal voltage regulator and negative ground.
- Pulley: a conventional 6-groove serpentine pulley with a 50 mm (2 in) outside diameter is included. It is not a decoupled or clutch pulley.
- Design: not a brushless design. It is air-cooled by an internal fan and has clockwise (right) rotation. The OE manufacturer is Bosch.
- Connections: the plug clock position is 2 (rear view, main mounting ear at 6 o'clock). It is not one-wire capable and has no AC service tap.

Signs an alternator may need replacing include a lit battery warning light, dim or flickering lights, a battery that repeatedly runs down, or a whining noise from the unit. If a failed alternator is the cause, this remanufactured unit replaces it. Test the charging system first, because the battery, belt or wiring can cause similar symptoms.
