This outer tie rod end installs in the front right position (steering arm to steering arm) and drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2005-2009 Ford F-250, 2005-2025 Ford F-250 Super Duty, 2005-2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty, 2005-2010 Ford F-450 Super Duty, and 2005-2010 Ford F-550 Super Duty. It connects the steering linkage to the steering knuckle, transmitting steering input to the front wheel — worn ends can cause loose or wandering steering, uneven tire wear, and play at the wheel.
