TrakMotive CV Axle Shaft P/N:FD-8275HDX
TrakMotive FD-8309 front right CV axle shaft for the 2015-2018 Ford Edge and other vehicles sends drive torque to the wheel while its joints flex with suspension travel. This TrakMotive CV axle shaft joins the drivetrain to the wheel through an inboard and an outboard joint.
A clicking or popping noise when turning, a vibration under acceleration or grease thrown from a torn boot can mean a CV axle shaft is wearing out. A worn wheel bearing, a bent wheel or a loose suspension joint can be behind similar noises and vibration too, so find the cause before buying.
It fits the 2015-2018 Ford Edge and the 2016-2018 Lincoln MKX. Each side of the front axle takes one, and this listing is the front right; the front left is ordered separately.
