TrakMotive CV Axle Shaft P/N:AD-8186
TrakMotive MZ-8186 front left CV axle shaft for the 2012-2013 Mazda 3 and other vehicles carries drive torque from the transmission side to the front left wheel. This TrakMotive CV axle shaft has a joint at each end, so the wheel can turn and move with the suspension while it keeps driving.
Clicking in turns, vibration under acceleration or grease from a torn boot can point to a worn axle. Before replacing it, look over both boots with the engine off for splits; a shop can test it under load. Replace the front axles as a pair if both show wear; this listing is one front left axle, and the front right is separate.
This is a direct-fit CV axle replacement for the 2012-2013 Mazda 3 and the 2012-2013 Mazda 3 Sport, and each takes one front left axle.
