Description

Transfer driveshaft torque through changing operating angles with the SKF Universal Joint UJ270, a greasable joint from SKF's Brute Force line. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2011-2013 Ram 1500, 1994-2010 Dodge Ram 1500 and 1975-2003 Ford F-150, and is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications. Rust protection: A black oxide coating helps resist rust in corrosive conditions.
Forged cross and hardened cups: The cross section is forged from hardened alloy steel for wear resistance. The bearing cups are cold-formed, case-hardened and precision ground.
Through-hardened needle bearings: The interior needle bearings are made from high carbon steel and through-hardened for greater load-carrying capability.
Seals and grease: Nitrile rubber cap seals are designed to hold grease in and keep contaminants out. The joint comes pre-lubricated with a premium high-temperature grease suited to a wide temperature range.
