The Walker Ultra EPA Direct Fit Catalytic Converter 73069 is designed to comply with EPA standards and belongs to Walker's premium Ultra line. Emissions legality: EPA-compliant for use on OBDII vehicles, 1996 and newer. It is not legal for sale or use in California, Colorado or New York. In Maine it is legal only on EPA federal emission equipped vehicles. Check your state's aftermarket converter regulations before ordering.
