Walker Products Mass Air Flow Sensor P/N:245-1269
Walker Products 245-1362 mass air flow sensor for the 1995-1999 Jaguar XJR 6-cylinder 4.0L or V8 4.0L and other vehicles measures the air entering the engine so the ECU can set the fuel mix.
A failing mass air flow sensor can show up as a rough idle, hesitation or weaker fuel economy. Those signs alone do not prove the sensor is at fault, because a vacuum leak in the intake can also cause a rough idle. Each engine takes one sensor.
This is also the mass air flow sensor for the 1996-1999 Land Rover Discovery V8 4.0L, the 1995-1998 Land Rover Range Rover V8 4.0L and the 1996-1998 Range Rover V8 4.6L, and it fits more vehicles besides. If your vehicle is not one of these, look up your year and engine in the "Vehicles it fits" section.
