Walker Products Oxygen Sensor P/N:250-241321
Walker Products 250-23001 oxygen sensor for the 1984-1986 Ford Mustang 4-cylinder 2.3L, the 1985-1986 Mustang V8 5.0L and other vehicles measures the oxygen in the exhaust gas to track combustion efficiency. This direct-fit narrow-band sensor is made for its specific application and fitment position, and gives the ECU the diagnostic feedback it requires.
A failing oxygen sensor can show up as rough running, higher fuel consumption, more exhaust emissions or a lit malfunction indicator light, and other faults can produce these too. With the engine off and cool, look over the sensor, its wiring harness and the connector for physical damage before you replace anything.
This oxygen sensor also covers the 1985-1986 Ford Ranger 4-cylinder 2.3L, the 1986 Ranger V6 2.9L and, as a Ford Taurus oxygen sensor, the 1986 Taurus V6 3.0L. If your car isn't named here, enter its year, model and engine in the "Vehicles it fits" section.
