Walker Products Oxygen Sensor P/N:250-24275
Walker Products 250-241196 oxygen sensor for the 2016 Honda Civic 4-cylinder 1.5L and the 2016-2021 Civic 4-cylinder 2.0L measures combustion efficiency from the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gas. This 4-wire, direct-fit narrow-band sensor is made for its specific application and position, and it gives the ECU the diagnostic feedback it needs.
A failing sensor can show up as a poorly running engine, higher fuel consumption or a lit malfunction indicator light. Those signs can mean the sensor is worn, though a damaged wiring harness or connector can be behind them too, so look both over for physical damage with the engine off and cool.
This direct-fit sensor goes in the downstream position on the 2016 Honda Civic 4-cylinder 1.5L and the 2016-2021 Civic 4-cylinder 2.0L.

Is this the oxygen sensor for a 2016 Honda Civic 4-cylinder 1.5L?
Yes. Walker Products 250-241196 is a downstream oxygen sensor for the 2016 Honda Civic 4-cylinder 1.5L and the 2016-2021 Civic 4-cylinder 2.0L.
Is this Walker Products oxygen sensor narrow-band or wideband?
Walker Products 250-241196 is a narrow-band sensor with four wires and a threaded M18 - 1.5 body.
Is this an upstream or downstream oxygen sensor?
Downstream. This listing is one sensor for the downstream position, and that position takes one.
Will a failed oxygen sensor turn on the check engine light?
Yes, it can. Newer vehicles store fault codes in the ECU, and some relate to the affected sensor and its associated systems.
What does the coating on this sensor's platinum electrodes do?
The electrodes are a gas-permeable platinum layer. The coating keeps combustion residue and particulates in the exhaust from contaminating or eroding the electrode surfaces.
