Walker Products Oxygen Sensor P/N:250-24493
Walker Products 250-24734 right oxygen sensor for the 1999-2001 Volkswagen Golf 4-cylinder 2.0L, the 1999-2002 Golf V6 2.8L, the 2000-2006 Golf 4-cylinder 1.8L and other vehicles measures the oxygen in the exhaust gas to show how efficiently the engine burns fuel. The Walker Products oxygen sensor is a 4-W, direct-fit, narrow-band unit.
A failing oxygen sensor can show up as rough running, higher fuel use, more exhaust emissions or a lit malfunction indicator light. Before you replace the sensor, rule out damage to its wiring harness and connector, which you can look over by eye with the engine off and cool.
The 1999-2001 Volkswagen Jetta 4-cylinder 1.8L or 2.0L and the 2011-2015 Volkswagen Clasico 4-cylinder 2.0L fit this oxygen sensor, as do other vehicles. It is also an O2 sensor for the VW Golf in the 1999-2001 4-cylinder 2.0L, 1999-2002 V6 2.8L and 2000-2006 4-cylinder 1.8L runs.
