Walker Products Throttle Position Sensor P/N:200-1313
Walker Products 200-91095 throttle position sensor for the 1987-1990 Jeep Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L and other vehicles reads throttle blade position and reports it to the engine control module (ECM). The ECM uses this changing voltage with other inputs to set how much fuel is delivered.
Poor acceleration, rough idle, stalling or a throttle-related trouble code can be signs of a faulty throttle position sensor, yet a damaged wire or loose connector can look much the same. Before replacing the sensor, look over the connector and wiring at the throttle body, with the engine off and cool, for cracks, corrosion or loose terminals.
It is a direct-fit replacement for the 1987-1990 Jeep Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L, the 1987-1990 Jeep Comanche 6-cylinder 4.0L and the 1987-1990 Jeep Wagoneer 6-cylinder 4.0L, with no modifications required. The sensor meets or exceeds OE standards for fit, form, function and performance.
