Each design goes through extensive in-house and third-party durability testing. On the vehicle, the front hub assembly mounts the wheel and lets it rotate on its bearings, and its ABS cable carries the wheel-speed signal. If a worn bearing is the cause of a humming or grinding noise, play at the wheel, or an ABS warning, this assembly replaces the failed unit.
