Hydraulic Filter for 2020-2021 Freightliner MT45 - Wix 51759

Help keep contaminants out of your hydraulic fluid with the Wix hydraulic filter, part number 51759, a spin-on unit from the WIX HD hydraulic filter line. It is listed as a direct-fit application for the 2017 Freightliner MT45 and the 2020-2021 Freightliner MT45. See the "Vehicles it fits" section for engine and configuration details.

• Application-specific media: WIX HD hydraulic filters use premium media chosen for each application, including wire-backed synthetic, enhanced cellulose and wire mesh.
• Corrosion-resistant construction: Built with high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials, center tubes and end caps.
• Sealing components: Superior sealing components are designed to give a leak-resistant filter.
• Service intervals: WIX recommends these filters for OEM hydraulic filter change intervals.

A hydraulic filter traps particles and debris carried in the hydraulic fluid so they are less likely to circulate through the rest of the hydraulic system. As a spin-on design, the 51759 threads onto its mounting base. Replace it at the change interval in your vehicle's service information. If a restricted filter is contributing to sluggish hydraulic operation, this filter replaces it. Diagnose the cause before replacing parts, since other hydraulic components can produce similar symptoms.
