- Application-specific media: WIX HD transmission filters use premium filtration media chosen for each application.
- Leak-resistant construction: The filter uses high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials, center tubes and end caps. Its sealing components are designed for leak-resistant service under a wide range of operating conditions.
- No-bypass design: The filter is a lock-seamed, sealed assembly with application-specific sealing components. It is designed so unfiltered fluid cannot bypass the filtration media.
- Gaskets included: The kit supplies sealing gaskets designed for use with today's sophisticated transmission fluids. The gasket mount hole quantity is 12.
WIX recommends its transmission filters for OEM transmission filter change intervals. Each listed application uses one kit.
