A/C Receiver Drier for 1977-1979 Ford LTD II & More - Four Seasons 33377

Help keep moisture and debris out of your air conditioning system with the Four Seasons A/C Receiver Drier / Filter Drier 33377, a steel filter drier that filters the refrigerant loop. It fits many vehicles, among them the 1977-1979 Ford LTD II, 1972-1979 Ford Ranchero and 1972-1979 Ford Thunderbird. See the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list and engine details.

This part is listed under both names, A/C receiver drier and filter drier. It acts as a filter for the A/C system, removing moisture and contaminants that flushing alone cannot clear. Four Seasons draws on more than 50 years of mobile A/C experience.

• Moisture control: A high-quality desiccant bag absorbs moisture in the system. A leaking or open system can saturate the bag within a few hours, which leaves the drier ineffective.
• Welded steel build: Quality welds give the drier a durable, leak-free design.
• Seals for installation: Four Seasons states that its filter driers come with the gaskets, O-rings and seal needed for installation.
• Certified production: Built in an ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 certified facility, using state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality materials.

When to replace: Four Seasons requires a new drier to validate the compressor warranty. It also says the drier must be replaced any time the A/C system is serviced.
