This hydraulic slave cylinder drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1981-1984 Toyota Land Cruiser with the L4-3.4L engine. It receives fluid pressure from the clutch master cylinder and extends its push rod against the release fork to disengage the clutch when you press the pedal — so a leaking or worn-out original can leave you with a soft pedal or trouble shifting into gear.
