Quiet driveline vibration and keep the transmission properly located with the Anchor Automatic Transmission Mount 3483, a rear transmission mount that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2006-2010 Ford Explorer, 2007-2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, and 2006-2010 Mercury Mountaineer. It helps support and locate the transmission while isolating engine and drivetrain vibration from the chassis.

  • Supports and dampens: cradles the rear of the transmission and absorbs vibration for a smoother, quieter driveline.
  • Engineered to OE standards: developed using the latest CAD/CAM engineering process for consistent quality.
  • Purpose-built rubber: uses only natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber, which resists wear and stays stable as it ages for long service life; every compound is built to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on vehicle application requirements.
  • Strong bond: Chemlock® bonding agent ensures a superior rubber-to-metal bond.

Any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts. Signs a mount may need replacing include clunking on acceleration, deceleration, or shifting, vibration at idle, and cracked or separated rubber.
