Description

Damp engine vibration and help support and locate the powertrain with the Anchor Engine Mount 8663. It installs at the front-left or front-right mounting position and drops in as a direct-fit replacement across a wide range of five-cylinder Audi and Volkswagen models — including the 1980-1986 Audi 4000, 1978-1988 Audi 5000, 1989-1991 Audi 100, 1988-1992 Audi 80 Quattro, and 1983-1988 Volkswagen Quantum with the L5-2.0L, L5-2.2L, or L5-2.3L engine. Supports and isolates: holds the engine while dampening vibration to help limit noise and movement.
Rubber construction: uses only natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages for long service life.
Chemlock® bonded: a Chemlock® bonding agent creates a strong rubber-to-metal bond.
Application-tuned: rubber is manufactured to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on the vehicle application, and engineered to OE standards using CAD/CAM.

Mounting hardware is not included — consult the vehicle service information for the correct fasteners and whether they may be reused. This position uses two mounts per application, so order 2 for a complete replacement. Country of origin: China.
