An engine mount helps support and locate the powertrain while isolating vibration and limiting movement. Signs the original may need replacing include clunking on acceleration, deceleration, or shifting, added vibration at idle, and cracked or separated rubber. Any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts; consult the vehicle service information for the correct fasteners and whether they may be reused.
