This Anchor motor mount is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications. Anchor engineers and designs its mounts to OE standards with a CAD/CAM engineering process, for consistent quality from one mount to the next.
- Rear upper position: Cataloged as a rear upper engine mount. It helps support and locate the engine while dampening vibration.
- Rubber compound: Made only with natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber, chosen because it resists abrasion and stays stable as it ages.
- Application-specific hardness: The rubber is produced to specific durometer (hardness) measurements, set by the requirements of each vehicle application.
- Bonded construction: Chemlock® bonding agent is used for a superior rubber-to-metal bond.
Signs that an engine mount may need replacing include a clunk when accelerating, decelerating or shifting, extra vibration at idle, and cracked or separated rubber. Other components can cause similar symptoms, so diagnose the cause first. If a failed rear upper mount is the cause, the 9920 replaces it. Follow the vehicle service information for the correct fasteners, torque values and whether the original fasteners may be reused.
