Description

Keep your Audi's adaptive magnetic ride responding the way it should with the Arnott Industries Suspension Strut MR-3856 (also written MR3856), a front magnetically controlled strut. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2011-2014 Audi TT RS Quattro and 2009-2015 Audi TTS Quattro — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level details. This universal unit fits both the left and right side and is designed to restore the factory ride and handling.

Magnetorheological damper: a monotube damper filled with magnetorheological fluid — a synthetic hydrocarbon oil containing easily magnetized iron particles.
Instant response: two electromagnetic coils inside the damper change the bonds between the magnetized iron particles, altering the suspension's viscosity and stiffness when energized for the same highly adaptive ride as the OE.
Universal fit, no modifications: fits the left or right side and connects to the vehicle's ECU with no modifications.
