Bosch Fuel Pump Module Assembly P/N:66094
Bosch 66072 fuel pump module for the 2004-2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 V8 4.8L, 5.3L or 6.0L, the 2005-2006 Silverado 1500 V6 4.3L and other vehicles pumps fuel from inside the tank to the fuel injection system. This electric module is demand controlled, so it delivers only the amount of fuel the injection system requires.
Long cranking, sputtering or a whine from the tank can mean the pump is wearing out. Before replacing the module, look at the simple things first with the engine off: the fuel pump fuse, and the connector for corrosion or damage.
This module fits a wide range of Chevrolet and GMC models, including the 2004-2006 GMC Sierra 1500 V8 4.8L, 5.3L or 6.0L, the 2005-2006 Sierra 1500 V6 4.3L and the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 V8 6.0L. Every one of them takes a single module.
