Bosch Spark Plug P/N:9615
Bosch 6719 spark plug for the 1992-1995 Honda Civic 4-cylinder 1.5L, the 1992-1999 Civic 4-cylinder 1.6L and other vehicles ignites the fuel mixture in each cylinder with a fine wire platinum center electrode. Its platinum design lasts up to 2 times longer than standard copper spark plugs.
Hard starting, a misfire or poor fuel economy can mean a plug is worn, though a weak ignition coil or a dirty fuel injector can be behind those same symptoms.
The 2005-2010 Honda Odyssey V6 3.5L and the 2005-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee V6 3.7L are covered by this spark plug as well, along with many other vehicles. Each engine needs one plug per cylinder, so six on these V6 engines. Don't see your car? Look up its year, model and engine in the "Vehicles it fits" section.

Will this Honda Civic spark plug fit a 1992-1999 Honda Civic 4-cylinder 1.6L?

No. Bosch 6719 is an OE Fine Wire plug with a platinum firing pin on the center electrode, not an iridium plug.
Is the 6719 sold as a single plug or a set?
This listing is one spark plug, and nothing else is in the package. An engine takes one plug per cylinder, so four on the 4-cylinder engines, six on the V6 engines and ten on the V10.

Yes. This plug has a resistor, a projected insulator, a fine wire center electrode and a tapered ground electrode.
