CARDONE Reman Mass Air Flow Sensor P/N:74-50047
A1 CARDONE 74-51003 mass air flow sensor for the 2002-2012 Porsche 911 H6 3.6L, the 2005-2012 911 H6 3.8L, the 2011 911 H6 4.0L and other vehicles measures the air flowing into the engine. This remanufactured sensor sends airflow readings to the engine control management system.
A failing mass air flow sensor can show up as hesitation, stalling, poor fuel economy or poor engine performance. Before you replace the sensor, read the trouble codes with a scanner and look over the sensor element for damage or a burnt smell, because those same symptoms can come from other parts.
Besides the 911 engines named above, it fits the 2004-2005 Porsche Carrera GT V10 5.7L and is the mass air flow sensor for the 1997-1999 Porsche Boxster H6 2.5L and the 2000-2004 Boxster H6 2.7L or 3.2L. Every one of these takes one sensor.
