- Component testing: The main components (armature, field, bearing, and parking switch or pulse board) are tested or gauged against the O.E. standard. The finished motor is then tested for each of its functions.
- Bearings and output gear: Every motor bearing is re-impregnated or replaced as needed. The output gear is lubricated, which is intended to support load capacity and long life.
- Solder and magnets: Weak solder points are 100% reflowed, which is intended to extend life expectancy. Motor magnets are 100% recharged for performance and reliability.
- Original Equipment fit: Because this is a remanufactured Original Equipment unit, it is designed to fit the listed vehicles like the factory motor.
CARDONE's remanufacturing process is earth-friendly. The company says it cuts the energy and raw material needed to make a new part by 80%.
Front wipers that won't move, run slowly or erratically, or stop in the wrong spot are signs the motor may need replacing. Check the switch, wiring and linkage first. If the motor is the cause, this unit replaces it.
