Put new seals and boots behind your front left brake with the Raybestos R-Line Remanufactured Semi-Loaded Caliper and Bracket Assembly, part number FRC11909. The caliper uses hydraulic pressure to clamp the brake pads against the rotor. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2006-2012 Ford Fusion, 2006-2013 Mazda 6 and 2007-2012 Lincoln MKZ, all engines. Raybestos R-Line non-plated brake calipers are remanufactured OE units. Castings, guide pins and brackets are inspected before they are reused, and all rubber and sealing components are replaced with new ones. Each caliper is tested for braking performance.
- New wear components: The seals, boots, bleeder screws, abutment hardware, banjo bolts and O-rings are replaced with new materials, which is intended to give leak-free operation.
- EPDM70 rubber: Raybestos uses EPDM70 rubber components for heat resistance, performance and durability.
- OE-matched materials: The materials match OE specifications and vehicle-specific designs.
- Pressure tested: Every caliper is 100% pressure tested.
Specifications: The caliper casting is cast iron. Piston diameter is 2 in (50.8 mm), and the bleeder screw thread is M8x1. The assembly mounts in the front left position, and the listed applications use one on that side. It is sold individually, and replacing both front calipers together is recommended for balanced braking. Country of origin: Mexico.
