Dorman - OE Solutions Engine Control Module (ECM) P/N:318-111
Dorman 318-121 engine control module (ecm) for the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L processes sensor inputs to control ignition and fueling. This remanufactured unit, also known as a powertrain control module, is tested to meet original equipment performance.
A failing ECM can show up as a no-start, stalling or a lit check engine light, but sensors, wiring and fuel or ignition parts produce those symptoms too. With the engine off, look over the connectors and wiring for bent pins, corrosion or damage first; a shop can scan for codes and test the module.
This ECM is a direct-fit replacement for the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L, which takes one module.
