Dorman Bolt P/N:960-110D
Dorman 960-005D bolt clamps parts together, and each pack holds eight of these Dorman flange bolts. Use it where a Grade 8 bolt in 1/4-20 x 1/2 in is called for.
A bolt with a rounded hex head, stripped threads, bending or heavy rust can need replacing. If one keeps working loose, the threads in the hole it screws into may be damaged, so look at the hole and measure the old bolt's thread and length with the engine off and cool before you order.
This is universal hardware, sold by size and thread rather than by application. Match the 1/4-20 thread and the 1/2 in length to the bolt you are replacing.

How do I know the Dorman 960-005D bolt matches the one I'm replacing?
Compare the 1/4-20 thread, 20 threads per inch, 1/2 in length and 0.37 in head tool size with your old bolt. Dorman 960-005D is sold by size, not by application.
How many flange bolts come in the 960-005D pack?
The pack contains eight bolts.
Is this Dorman bolt heat hardened?
Yes. Dorman 960-005D is a Grade 8 steel bolt, heat hardened, with a yellow zinc finish that is salt spray tested for corrosion resistance.
How can I tell a hex flange bolt is worn out?
A rounded hex head, stripped or damaged threads, a bent body or heavy rust can mean the bolt needs replacing. A shop can check any bolt on a brake, steering or suspension part.
Is the 960-005D an SAE or metric bolt?
It is SAE: a 1/4-20 x 1/2 in bolt with an extra fine thread, not a metric size.
