Keep your air conditioning system clean and moisture-free with the Four Seasons A/C Receiver Drier 83237, an aluminum filter drier with a pad mount. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2004-2006 Buick Rendezvous, 2006-2007 Buick Terraza, 2006-2008 Buick Chevy Uplander, 2006-2008 Chevrolet Uplander, 2006 Pontiac Montana, and 2006-2007 Saturn Relay — see the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list and engine-level details.
- Aluminum build with pad mount: a durable filter drier featuring quality welds for a leak-free design.
- Desiccant absorption: a desiccant bag draws in moisture, while the unit filters out contaminants that flushing cannot remove.
- Install hardware included: the necessary gaskets, o-rings, and seal are supplied for the job.
The receiver/filter drier removes moisture and contaminants from the A/C refrigerant circuit, which is why replacing it is essential any time the system is opened. A leaking or "open" system can saturate the desiccant within a few hours, making the drier ineffective. It should be replaced whenever the system is serviced, and replacement is typically required to validate a compressor warranty.
