Replace a leaking or sticking front caliper with the Raybestos R-Line Remanufactured Brake Caliper and Bracket Assembly, part number FRC12031. This 100% pressure-tested unit is built from inspected OE castings with all-new rubber and sealing components. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2008-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2008-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 and 2008-2020 Chevrolet Tahoe with all engines. See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list.

Raybestos R-Line non-plated calipers are remanufactured OE parts. Castings, guide pins and brackets are carefully inspected before they are reused, and every caliper goes through rigorous testing.

  • New replacement parts: seals, boots, bleeder screws, abutment hardware, banjo bolts and O-rings are replaced with new materials, intended to provide leak-free operation.
  • EPDM70 rubber components: used for heat resistance, performance and durability.
  • OE-matched materials: materials match OE specifications and vehicle-specific designs.
  • Specifications: floating caliper type with a cast iron casting and two pistons, each 2.003 in (50.876 mm) in diameter. The bleeder screw thread is M10X1.50, and the bracket mounting holes are M14 with a 2 mm thread pitch. The caliper and bracket have a coated finish. Casting numbers are K247-246C, Z5101 and L5101.
