This drive belt loops over the accessory pulleys on the fan-and-alternator, air-conditioning and alternator-and-water-pump drive, and it drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2012 and 2014 Mack MRU (L6-8.9L), the 2004 Peterbilt 320 (L6-10.3L), the 2004 Peterbilt 387 (L6-15.2L), and the 2004 Peterbilt 387 running the Caterpillar C15 Diesel.
