Gates HVAC Heater Control Valve P/N:EHV141
Gates EHV135 heater control valve for the 2011-2015 Chevrolet Volt and other vehicles adjusts coolant flow through the heater core to control cabin temperature. Also called an HVAC heater control valve, it is an electric coolant control valve.
A cabin that runs colder or hotter than the temperature setting, or coolant showing at the valve, can mean the valve is failing. Low coolant can leave the heater cold too, so these signs alone do not prove the valve is the problem.
It fits the 2011-2015 Chevrolet Volt and the 2014-2015 Cadillac ELR. The design, fit and function are OE exact and application-specific, and 3D model imaging during design was used for a precise OE fit.
