Keep your Full-Size Ford truck planted with the KYB shock absorber 344375, a rear Excel-G gas shock that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1997-2003 Ford F-150 and the 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage. This KYB gas shock absorber is calibrated to help restore your truck's original ride control, stability and handling — not to change it.

Nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube design: the Excel-G build uses the same OE-quality components KYB puts in its global OEM products.
Triple lip fluid seal: reduces the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand assembled in-house to correctly manage tire contact, steering response and body movement.
OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket): made on the very same KYB OE assembly lines and a KYB-recommended OEM replacement shock.
